You should mount the Driving Recorder (Car DVR) close to the rear mirror area. Please refer below diagam.

Make sure that the Driving Recorder (Car DVR) is secure and does not interfere with driving visibility and safety. It is your responsibility as the vehicle operator to securely place the device that will not interfere with driving and prevent operatioins of any safety device (such as Airbag) in your vehicle. Do not mount the device in a place where the driver or passengers may receive injury during vehicle operation or collision.
